How it fits your build
Booked around your trades, not a fixed date
Build timelines slip. Here's how the clean picks up once your site actually hands over.
Site handover from trades
We agree access once your builders confirm they're finished, whether that's the same afternoon or a few days later. No fixed slot to lock in before you know the real finish date.
Coarse debris and dust removal
Offcuts, packaging and the heaviest surface dust cleared first, so the finer clean that follows isn't just pushing rubble around the room.
Detailed surface and fixture clean
Every surface, fitting and fixture cleaned by hand, room by room, with fresh new finishes treated with the extra care they need.
Final polish and inspection-ready finish
A last pass to catch any dust that's resettled, leaving the space ready to view, hand over or move into.
The dust question
Fine dust doesn't stay where it lands
Plaster and cut dust settles into places a visible-debris tidy-up never reaches, then drifts back onto surfaces you've already wiped. Here's where it actually ends up, and how our method gets it out for good.
Dust gets a chance to resettle, then we go again
Fine construction dust hangs in the air and lands again after the first pass. We work top-down through the space, then return for a final pass once it's settled, rather than wiping once and hoping it stays gone.
Careful on brand-new finishes
Fresh paint, lacquered units and new fittings can mark easily. We use soft microfibre and pH-neutral products, never abrasive pads, and take extra care around anything still curing.
Scope of the clean
What's covered, and what isn't
Being clear about the line between a clean and a clearance saves everyone a wasted visit on the day.
Included in the clean
- Surfaces, worktops and fitted units, inside and out
- Dust-trap fixtures: extractor fans, light fittings and sockets
- Sinks, sanitaryware and tiling, with dust and residue removed
- Floors, window frames, sills and skirting boards throughout
Not part of this service
- Bulk waste, rubble or offcuts left on site
- Packaging and materials still awaiting collection
- Skip hire or waste removal arranged with your builder
Your builder is best placed to arrange this, usually alongside their own site clearance.
